I was inspired to join TJO because of my desire to help others and the challenge of working in a start-up environment. I am passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives and I believe that the Orthopedic industry provides a great opportunity to do so. Joining TJO allows me to be part of an innovative team that is striving to make a difference in the industry, while also facing the challenges that come with building a company from the ground up. Being part of a start-up means being able to make a real difference and have a direct impact on the success of the company, and ultimately, the lives of those we serve.
What inspires me to continue working for TJO is the opportunity to wear many hats, build relationships, work with dedicated team members, and make a positive impact in people's lives. TJO is a dynamic and fast-paced organization where I am able to take on multiple roles and responsibilities, allowing me to grow both professionally and personally. I am continually inspired by the people I work with, who are passionate and dedicated to their work, and who constantly challenge me to be my best self.
As I look towards the future, I feel both challenged and hopeful. While there are many unknowns, I believe that TJO has a unique story and a bright future ahead. The challenges we face may be great, but I am confident that with the dedication and hard work of our team, we can overcome them and continue to grow and innovate. The COVID-19 pandemic has presented unprecedented challenges, but it has also shown us the resilience and adaptability of our team. As we continue to navigate this new normal, I believe that TJO is gaining momentum and finding new ways to serve our doctors and patients to make a positive impact in their lives. Our story is unique and the work we do is important, and I am excited to be part of an organization that is making a real difference in the world.
Over the course of my 10-year career at TJO, I have experienced significant growth and development both personally and professionally. Starting as an Inventory Coordinator with a small-scale operation, I have since grown into the role of Purchasing Manager. Along the way, I have built strong relationships with my colleagues and suppliers, which have been key to my success at the company. Through my work at TJO, I have gained extensive knowledge of the medical device industry and have become an expert in my field. I have also had many opportunities for professional growth, including attending industry conferences and training sessions. These experiences have helped me to develop my skills and expertise, and have allowed me to take on increasing responsibilities within the company. Looking back, I am proud of how far I have come and excited for what the future holds.
TJO means a lot to me, both personally and professionally. The dedication of the team to providing high-quality orthopedic products and services is truly inspiring, and it's a privilege to be part of an organization that is making a real impact in people's lives. Knowing that the work we do at TJO helps people to live more comfortably and regain their mobility is incredibly rewarding. Beyond our day-to-day operations, I am also proud to be part of a company that is committed to supporting charitable causes, such as Operation Walk, which provides life-changing orthopedic surgeries to those in need. Being part of an organization that values giving back to the community and making a positive difference in the world is something that I find truly meaningful.
